INGREDIENTS |

| 3 Eggs (60g) | (Lightly Beaten) |
| Plain Flour | 300g |
| Salt | ¼ Tsp |
| Water | Add Water 1 Tsp at a Time if to dry |
| Extra Flour | Add Flour 1 Tsp at a Time if to wet |
This Pasta Dough is quick and easy. Made with the help of a Kitchen Food Processor.
METHOD
1 Beat Eggs with a fork.
2 Place flour in Food Processor and pulse for a couple of seconds to aerate flour.
3 Add beaten Egg.
4 Process until it comes together adding water if it is to dry or flour if it is to wet.
5 Remove from Food Processor and knead the dough for a couple of minutes, then wrap in plastic wrap
and rest for 15mins before using.
6 The extra water and flour depends on how wet or dry the mix is, you may not need a full Tsp.
