Serves: 8
1 Kg Beef Mince
2 Eggs
1 Red Onion, diced fine
3 – 4 Garlic Cloves, Crushed
2 Tsp Chives or any other herb
1 Cup Panko Crumbs
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Method
Prep: 15 minutes |Cook: 1 hour
1. Preheat oven to 180℃
2. Saute Onion and Garlic for 5 – 7 minutes and let cool.
3. In a large bowl, combine the mince, egg, onion and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper then place in a lightly greased 26cm x 16cm Pyrex Dish, or form into a loaf and place in a lightly greased baking tin or on a tray lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake for 1 hour.
