
INGREDIENTS
3 Egg Yolks
1 Tsp Hot English Mustard
300 ml Groundnut Oil (Peanut Oil) or Vegetable Oil
Salt & Pepper
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
METHOD
1 Put the egg yolks into the blender bowl.
2 Add the mustard and mix.
3 Once mixed very slowly pour in the oil. The first 30 seconds crucial.
4 Once it has been mixed add the lemon juice and the seasoning and give it a quick mix. (about 2 -3 seconds)
