Pop’s Cheese Sauce

3 Tbsp Butter
3 Tbsp Flour
2 Cups Milk
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 Make a rue from the butter and flour
2 Add half the milk. Whisk to get all the lumps out.
3 Then add the last half of the milk.
4 Add the cheese 1 cup at a time. Wait for each cup of cheese to melt before adding more.
5 Use a whisk to stir it all.
