
INGREDIENTS:
3 Tbsp Butter
3 Tbsp Plain Flour (All Purpose)
2 Tbsp Hot-English Style Mustard.
2 Cups Of Milk
2 Tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
Salt And Pepper To Taste.
Optional extra:
1 Tbsp Chopped fresh parsley
METHOD:
1 Melt butter in the saucepan over low heat and add the mustard.
2 Add the flour and stir until smooth.
3 Add the milk gradually in about 6 batches.
4 Stir until thickened and season to taste.
5 Serve poured over the meal.
