INGREDIENTS
215 gr Self Raising Flour
125 gr Grated Cheese
90 gr Butter
1 egg
½ Cup Milk
¼ Tsp Cayenne
Salt to taste. There is a lot of salt in cheese.
METHOD
Rub butter into flour, add cheese and mix like scone dough.
Roll out about 13 mm (1/2in) thick and cut into small rounds.
Bake in hot oven for 10 – 15 minutes until crisp.
