Classic Special Fried Rice

INGREDIENTS
2 – 3 Cups of Cooked, Boiled Rice (1 day old is best)
2 – 3 Rashers of Bacon (Diced)
1 Tbsp Veggie Oil
1 1/2 Cups of Mixed Frozen Vegetables
2 Eggs (Beaten and Fried, to make a plain omelette)
1 Spring Onion
1 Can of Baby Prawns / Shrimp (drained)
Soy Sauce (to taste)

METHOD

Heat Wok with Oil or Deep Fry Pan.
Add Spring Onion.
Add Bacon and brown a little.
Add Rice half at a time.
Add the Eggs.
Add the Frozen Veg.
Add the Prawns.
Add the Soy Sauce (to taste)

 

NOTE:
Always keep it moving::
You can also add Turmeric to the rice when cooking it for the Yellow colour.
