
INGREDIENTS
2 Sheets Puff Pastry
1 Egg (Egg Wash)
METHOD
1 Preheat oven to its hottest temperature 240 – 250℃
2 Defrost and Cut pastry sheets into 3 equal triangles. Or make your own pastry.
3 From the widest edge of the pastry roll the dough down to the point of the triangle loosely.
4 Place on baking tray.
5 Place tray in oven for 10 minutes.
6 Take tray out of oven and egg wash the Croissant and return to oven.
7 Cook for a further 5 – 10 minutes.
8 Remove from oven and place Croissant on a cake tray.
