
INGREDIENTS
4 Large (Fist Sized) Washed Potatoes
½ Cup of Regular Olive Oil
1 Tsp of Garlic Powder
1 Tsp of Smoked Paprika
1 Tsp of Dried Mixed Italian Herbs
½ Cup of Parmesan Cheese (powdered “shaker” style)
1 Tsp Salt
Freshly Cracked Pepper
METHOD
1 Cut potatoes in to wedges after washing well.
2 Add olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika Italian herbs, Parmesan salt and pepper to a bowl and mix.
3 Add potato wedges and toss to coat wedges.
4 Place wedges on greased baking tray.
5 Place in preheated oven at 220c.
6 Cook for for 45 – 50 minutes turning every 15 minutes or until cooked all the way through and crispy on the outside.
7 Serve with dipping sauces.
