
INGREDIENTS
4 Tsp McKenzies Gelatin Powder
4 Tbsp Cold Water
2 Lemon Juiced and Rind Grated or 2 Tsp Lemon Essence
Water to make up to 1 litre of Lemon Juice
⅛ Tsp Yellow Food Colouring
METHOD
1 Put 4 Tbsp of water in a small bowl and sprinkle the gelatin over the top.
2 Whisk with a fork.
3 Let sit for 1 – 2 minutes.
4 While gelatin mixture is resting grate the lemon rind and juice the lemon.
5 Add lemon juice and rind to a glass measuring jug.
6 Add water to the lemon juice to make 1 litre in the jug.
7 Microwave gelatin in 20 second intervals until dissolved.
8 Add gelatin to lemon juice and mix thoroughly.
9 Put mixture into fridge safe container and place in fridge, let it set.
