
INGREDIENTS
3 Cups Mulberries
1 1/4 Cups White Sugar
1/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour
2 Tablespoons Butter
2 Sheets Short Crust Pastry
9″ Pie Tray
METHOD
1 Pre heat oven to 200℃
2 Place all dry ingredients into a bowl and gently mix well.
3 Line the bottom of the pie tray with 1 sheet of pastry>
4 Add contents of bowl into the Pie tray.
5 Add small chunks of butter through out the & on top of mulberries.
6 Cut the second piece of pastry into strips and criss cross them over the top of the mulberries.
7 Place in oven for 15 minutes, The turn the oven down to 175℃ and cook a further 30 minutes.
8 Let cool for at least 1 hour and serve with ice cream, custard, or cream.
