Chocolate Crackles

INGREDIENTS

4 Cups of Puffed Rice Cereal (eg Rice Bubbles, Rice Crispies etc)
1 Cup of Icing (Powdered) Sugar
1 Cup of Desiccated Coconut
3 Tbsp of Cocoa Powder
250g Copha* (Vegetable Shortening)

METHOD

1 Gently mix all Dry Ingredients together.
2 Melt Copha and let cool.
3 Add Copha to dry Ingredients and combine well.
4 Scoop Mixture into paper Muffin or Cup cake molds.
5 Put in fridge to set. (About 1 Hour)

NOTE
If you find there is too much Copha for you, Reduce Copha by 20gr when you make the next batch
