Smokey Pulled Pork

INGREDIENTS

2 – 4 kg pork shoulder
3 Tbsp Smokey Paprika
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
Olive Oil to form paste
Thyme for fragrance
Salt & Pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp mustard powder
1-2 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
1 cup (250ml) water or stock
1/2 batch sugar free BBQ sauce**

Place in oven bag with 1 cup of water or stock. This will keep it moist.
Cook for 5 – 6 hours at 140 degree for a 2 – 3 Kg piece of meat.
