
INGREDIENTS
250 ml Warm Milk
63 ml Warm Water (¼ Cup)
1 Tsp Salt
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Egg
1 Tsp Sugar
490 g All Purpose Flour
2 Tsp Active Dry Yeast
INSTRUCTIONS
1 Add all ingredients to the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
2 Use the dough setting and let it run for 90 minutes.
3 When the dough is completed, knead it a few times on a cutting board, then roll it out TO 12mm ½” thick and cut into about 15 muffins.
4 Set the muffins on a tray, cover with a towel, and let sit for 30 minutes.
5 Heat a griddle or pan and cook a few muffins at a time until both sides are brown.
6 Cook for 5 – 6 minutes on each side.
7 Approx 80g of dough per muffin.
