Bread maker details to remember:
Bread Pan weighs 560Grams with Paddle attached.
In recepies it says FRENCH setting: For this machine the french setting is BASIC in this machine. How ever for the Crusty Loaf Bread we are using the Crusty Setting.

When using Laucke Bread Mix:: Use 20ml less water than the recipe quotes to use.
Hint from Breville when phoned them.

At the moment some of these dough weights are experimental.
The full dough weight is around 955Grams, so divide the total by how many rolls you wish to have.
