Baked Salmon

INGREDIENTS
4 Salmon Fillets
2 Tbsp Butter, Melted
½ Tbsp Lemon Juice, Plus More Lemon Slices For Garnish
3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
Salt And Pepper
1 Tsp Finely Chopped Parsley
1 Tsp Finely Chopped Dill

METHOD
1 Preheat your oven to 190C and let the salmon come to room temperature for 15 minutes.
2 Mix together the melted butter and lemon juice Use the juice from ¼ slice of lemon in a small bowl.
3 Then, place the salmon in baking dish and brush the butter mix all over.
4 Top the salmon with the minced garlic, salt, and pepper, and bake at 190 – 200℃ for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
5 Sprinkle the fresh parsley and dill on the salmon before serving.
6 Serve with Mashed Potato and Beans.
7 Have the potato and beans ready before cooking salmon.
