Creamy Cheese Meatballs

Serves 8
INGREDIENTS
1 Kg of Minced Beef
200 gr of Cheddar Cheese (Cubed)
1½ Tsp of Onion Powder
1½ Tsp of Garlic Salt or Garlic Powder
2 Tsp of Dried Basil
2 Eggs
4-5 Tbsp of Flour
Salt And Pepper

METHOD

1 Combine all meat, onion powder, garlic salt, basil, eggs and flour in a bowl.
2 Mix well
3 Get enough of the mix to make a meatbal and flatten it in your hands.
4 Add a cube of cheese and then wrap the meat around the cheese making a good seal.
5 Keep going until all meatballs are made.
6 Put meatballs in a pan with oil and cook until brown.
7 Serve hot.

NOTE:

1 You can also cook the meatballs in a pan of cream and have creamy cheese meatballs.
2 Par cook meatballs in olive oil and then add the cream to finish cooking the meatballs.
3 You can also top with greated cheese and place in oven to brown.
