Pork Shish Kebab

INGREDIENTS

1 Kg Pork
½ Tbsp Paprika
1 Egg
½ Tbsp Powdered Garlic
1 Tsp Salt
½ Tsp Pepper
1 Tbsp Parsley
1 Onion (Diced Finely)
1 Tbsp Chopped Garlic

METHOD

1 Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
2 Get a hand full of the meat mixture and wrap around the skewer.
3 Refrigerate for 1 – 2 hours before cooking.
4 Cook over coals or on a gas BBQ.
