
INGREDIENTS
18 Cocktail Frankfurters (or little sausages)
2 Sheets of Frozen Puff Pastry (thawed)
1 Cup of Grated Cheddar Cheese
¼ Cup of Tomato Ketchup OR your favorite Sauce
1 Egg (lightly beaten)
METHOD
Cut each sheet of pastry into 9 square pieces.
Put a bit of cheese on each piece.
Now top the Cheese with your favorite Sauce.
Add the Sausage to the pastry diagonally.
Then fold the pastry over the Sausage as per image.
