3 Tbsp Paprika
2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp Onion Powder
1 Tbsp Tarragon Leaves
1 Tbsp Marjoram Leaves
1 Tbsp Coriander Powder
1 Tbsp Dill
1 Tbsp Chives
1 Tbsp Thyme
1 Tbsp Oregano
12 Tbsp Olive Oil
All Dried Herbs and Spices.
METHOD
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until combined.
Use a whisk to mix it all.
NOTES
This rub is enough to do a 2.5 Kg Boneless Leg Lamb trimmed and laid out flat and rubbed both sides.
