
INGREDIENTS
1 Kg Diced Steak
1/2 Jar of Curry (Madras or Vindaloo)
6 – 8 Medium Potatoes
1/4 Cup Water
Cornflour or Corn Starch
Brown and seal steak if you want. {This depends on how I feel at the time if I do this or not}.
Put 1 Kg Diced Steak, 1/2 jar of Sharwoods Madras Curry, 1/4 cup Water in a pressure cooker.
Pressure cook for 65 minutes on high. (Electric pressure cooker).
Use Cornflour if needed to thicken sauce a little when cooked as there will be extra liquid from the steak.
Cut Potatoes as you desire. Place in pot and boil with a bit of salt. Add potatoes to Curry in Pressure cooker before serving.
