Stuffing.
3 Slices Stale bread slices
1/2 Finely Diced Onion
1 Tsp Oregano
1 Tsp Thyme
1 Tsp Parsley
Salt to taste
Pepper To Taste
Milk

Chicken Rub.
1 Tbsp Onion Powder
1 Tbsp Paprika
Salt to taste
Pepper To Taste
Olive Oil

Cooking Notes.
Roast the whole chicken in the preheated oven for about 1 hour and 30 minutes to 1 hour and 45 minutes. The internal temperature of the thickest part of the thigh and in the center of the stuffing must reach the minimum safe temperature of 165 (73.9 C).


You may also be able to use a Chicken stand but you will not be able to stuff the chicken.
