
I found this SUGAR FREE recipe, so you will have to work out the settings for your machine:::
1 ½ Cups Tempered Water
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
½ Tsp Salt
3 Cups Whole Meal Flour
1 Cup White Flour
3 Tbsp Milk Powder
1 ½ Tsp Fast Action Dried Yeast
Add Water to Bread Pan Temp 21 – 27 Degree C (70 – 80 Deg F)
Add Milk Powder, Olive Oil, and Salt to bread Pan
Add Flour White and Wholemeal to Bread Pan
Add Fast Action Yeast on top of Flour
Lock Bread Pan into machine and start
SETTINGS:
2LB (1KG) Loaf Medium Crust, Basic White Bread
To make this almost free sugar bread I altered the Basic Bread Maker Instructions by Taking out 3 ½ Tbsp of soft brown sugar, Reducing the salt content 1 ½ Tsp to ½ Tsp and reducing the water content 1 5/8 Cups to 1 ½ Cups.
