Water 420ml 360ml 280ml 180ml
Oil 3 Tbsp 2 Tbsp 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp
Salt 2 Tsps 1½ Tsps 1 Tsp ½ Tsp
Sugar 2 Tbsp 1½ Tbsp 1 Tbsp 3 Tsps
Bread flour 750g 650g 500g 285g
Bread Improver 1 Tsp ¾ Tsp ½ Tsp ¼ Tsp
Milk powder 2 Tbsp 1½ Tbsp 1 Tbsp 3 Tsps
Tandaco Yeast 2 Tsps 1¾ Tsps 1½ Tsps 1½ Tsps

METHOD

1 Place Flour, Salt, Sugar, Bread Improver and Milk powder into a bowl and mix with a whisk.
2 Measure Water in a glass jug and heat in Microwave to between 27 & 30℃ (about 22 seconds)
3 Add Water to Bread Maker bowl, then add Olive Oil, Then add the dry Ingredients.
4 Finally add the Yeast to the Bread Maker Bowl.
5 Do your settings on the Bread Maker and turn it on.
