
INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Cup Water
2 Tbsp Lite Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
METHOD
1 Mix all ingredients in a glass jug and pour into spray bottle.
2 Spray smoking meat every 1 hour.
NOTE:
1 Spritz is used to keep the meat moist while smoking the meat.
2 It also helps the smoke adhere to the meat.
