
INGREDIENTS
3 Sheets of Frozen Ready Rolled Puff Pastry (thawed)
250g of Beef Mince
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Brown Onion (finely chopped)
2 Small Potatoes (peeled and finely diced)
1 Clove of Garlic (crushed)
1 Tbsp of Curry Paste (I used Korma Paste)
Vegetable Oil
METHOD
Add Olive Oil to pan.
Add Onion and Garlic and cook until Onion is soft.
Add in Curry Paste and stir through for 1 minute.
Add the Beef Mince and Potatoes and break up the Beef Mince.
Cook for 8 to 10 Minutes.
Set Aside for 30 minutes or until cool.
Lay out 3 sheets of Pastry to thaw and and cut into shapes.
Wet the edges of the cut shapes and add 1 Tsp of the mixture to each shape of pastry>
Fold over and seal.
Deep Fry in Vegetable Oil until Pastry is golden on both sides 3 – 4 minutes at 170℃.
