INGREDIENTS
6-7 Large Potatoes
295 ml Cup Milk
2 Cups Cheddar Cheese
½ Tsp Granulated Garlic or Garlic Powder
2 Garlic Cloves
8 Tbsp Softened Butter
80 ml Cup Sour Cream
Salt To Taste

4 Large Potatoes
150 ml Cup Milk
1 Cups Cheddar Cheese
¼ Tsp Granulated Garlic or Garlic Powder
1 Garlic Clove
4 Tbsp Softened Butter
50 ml Cup Sour Cream
Salt To Taste
METHOD
Peel and wash the potatoes.
Place the potatoes in a large pot and cover with salted water.
Bring up to a boil and cook for 45-50 minutes or until tender.
Drain the potatoes.
Place the milk, granulated garlic, and fresh garlic in a saucepan and bring up to a simmer.
Using a potato masher mash the potatoes and stir in the butter and hot milk mixture.
Add 1/2 of the cheddar cheese and sour cream.
Season with salt.
Cover the potatoes with the remaining cheese and place under the broiler for 2 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted.
Garnish with fresh chives if desired and enjoy!
