
INGREDIENTS
113 g Butter
113 g Flour
2 Cups Milk
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Minced Onion
¼ Tsp Nutmeg
1½ Cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese
METHOD
1 Melt butter in a large saucepan.
2 Add flour, herbs and whisk into butter and cook of for 1 minute.
3 Add all the Milk and whisk until lump free.
4 Simmer until the sauce thickens.
5 Add the cheese and whisk until melted.
NOTE
1 If the sauce gets to thick you can thin it out with a bit of the following.
Milk, Water, Chicken Stock, Vegetable Stock or beer.
