Mild or Hot, Smoked Cheese Sausage, Cheese, Ham, Tomato Mustard Sauce.
HAWAIIAN
Cheese, Ham, Pineapple, Tomato Mustard Sauce, Mayonnaise.
VEGETARIAN
Cheese, Pineapple, Onion, Capsicum, Mushrooms, Olives, Tomato Mustard Sauce.
CHICKEN
Cheese, Ham, Chicken, Tomato Mustard Sauce, Mayonnaise.
CRAB
Cheese, Ham, Fresh Crab, Tomato Mustard Sauce, Mayonnaise or Sauce Of Your Choice.
1 Crab = about 80gr of meat.
PRAWN

All these Chilli Dogs are made from Pizza Dough.
They are usually 450mm long plus extra to fold the ends over or 2 Cheese Sausages (Kranski). What ever you want to call them.
200g ball of dough for the Dog’s, 100g ball of dough for the Pup’s. Roll out into a rectangle about 500mm x 150mm for Dogs & 300mm x 150mm for Pups.
100g Shredded Ham in the dog’s, 50g in the Pup’s.
Mozzarella Cheese to your liking but do not over do it or it will leak out when cooking.
METHOD
1 Roll out dough long enough and wide enough ABOUT 500mm X 150mm.
2 Spread Sauces, Tomato and Mustard Sauce, Mayonnaise Chilli Paste on the Dough in the centre almost all the way leaving enough at each end to seal the dough about 50mm each end.
3 Then add grated cheese over the sauces. Do NOT go over board with cheese.
4 Then add the Ham {SHREDDED} then build up ingredients from there. about 100g per dog.
5 Roll 1 edge back over ingredients. Then bring the other edge over the top of the first edge and 25mm and seal.
6 Fold the ends back over to seal the ends.
7 Then turn the Dog over to hide the join as you lift it on to a cooking tray.
8 Cook for about 15 – 20 minutes or so until golden at 250℃ or slightly hotter depending on your oven.
THE ACTUAL CHILLI DOG USES A CHILLI PASTE and Tomato and Mustard Sauce. {Choose your heat} by the amount of chilli you use..
Remove Skin and Cut the Cheese Sausage in half long ways or if your hungry put 2 sausages in.
Chilli Paste is in the Sauce Menu or use any Chilli Sauce to your liking. The heat of the Chilli Dog depends on how much chilli you use.
Sauces are usually Tomato and Mustard Sauce, Pizza Tomato Base or BBQ except for the Chilli Dog which has the Chilli Paste and the Tomato and Mustard Sauce.
