
12 Large Red Chilli’s
4 Birdseye Chilli’s
OR Any Hot Chilli’s you like:
2 Cloves Garlic
1 Red Onion
½ Tsp Salt
⅓ Cup Olive Oil
1 If you wish you can remove the white pith but keep the seeds.
2 Place Vegetables in blender and blend until smooth.
3 Then add the olive oil and blend again until Olive Oil has combined.
NOTE
I do not cook this paste. Just store it in a jar tightly sealed in the refrigerator.
