
INGREDIENTS
4 Sheets of Frozen Ready Rolled Puff Pastry (thawed)
100g Shaved Ham
200g of Brie Cheese (rind removed, chopped into small chunks)
3 to 4 Tbsp of Cranberry Sauce / Jelly
1 Egg (Beaten)
Spray Oil (for greasing muffin pan)
METHOD
Lay out the pastry and cut into bottom and top Pie Pieces.
Lay the bottoms into the Pastry tray holes.
Add a little bit of Ham and the Cheese.
Add little bit of Cranberry Sauce.
Egg wash around the edge of the bottom pastry.
Top the pies with the tops and Egg wash the tops.
Use a Fork to to prick the tops of the pies.
Place in Oven for 20 – 25 minutes or until golden on 200℃.
