
Makes approx 8 to 10 waffles, depending on waffle iron.
INGREDIENTS
300 G All-Purpose Flour
1 Tsp Salt
4 Tsp Baking Powder
2 Tbsp White Sugar
2 Eggs
375 ml Cups Warm Milk
120 g Butter, Melted
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
METHOD
1 In a large bowl, mix together flour, salt, baking powder and sugar; set aside. Preheat waffle iron to desired temperature.
2 In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Stir in the milk, butter and vanilla. Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture; beat until blended.
3 Ladle the batter into a preheated waffle iron. Cook the waffles until golden and crisp. Serve immediately.
NOTES
If you need to keep waffles warm while making a few, then place cooked waffles on the oven tray or cake tray so they do not sweat. Do not stack on top of each other.
