
These Crackles have no Sugar
This is the same as the Chocolate Crackles with out the Sugar and Coco.
INGREDIENTS
4 Cups of Puffed Rice Cereal (eg Rice Bubbles, Rice Crispies etc)
1 Cup of Desiccated Coconut
160g Copha* (Vegetable Shortening)
METHOD
1 Gently mix all Dry Ingredients together.
2 Melt Copha and let cool.
3 Add Copha to dry Ingredients and combine well.
4 Scoop Mixture into paper Muffin or Cup Cake molds.
5 Put in fridge to set. (About 1 Hour)
