
INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Mushrooms (Diced)
1 Bunch Spring Onion or ½ Onion (Finely Diced)
½ Cup Parsley
Garlic to Taste
4 Tbsp Butter
160 gr Cheese
1 Cup Thickened Cream or Sour Cream
Salt & Pepper
METHOD
1 Saute Onion in Butter until Soft 0r Translucent.
2 Add Garlic cook for 30 Seconds
3 Add Mushrooms and saute until tender.
4 Add Cream and Parsley.
5 Add Cheese and melt.
