
Cooked in Electric Pressure Cooker
INGREDIENTS
1 Tbsp Oil
1 Small Onion
2 Sausages (of your Choice)
1 Tsp Minced Garlic
1 Tsp Parsley Flakes
1 Pinch Salt
1 Pinch Thyme
375 ml Chicken Stock
4 Small Potato (Cut into small pieces)
½ Cup Milk
2 Tbsp Corn Flour
¾ Cup Cheese
METHOD
1 Add oil to pot and Saute Onion to your liking.
2 Add the Spices and Sausages to pot and brown.
3 Turn off the saute function.
4 Add the Potato and Chicken Broth and mix all together.
5 Try to cover as much of the ingredients as possible.
6 Pressure cook on high for 4 – 5 minutes.
7 Release the pressure and open the lid.
8 Mix the Corn Flour and Milk together, then add to the pot.
9 Cook on Saute or Brown until sauce thickens about 2 minutes.
10 Turn off the cooker.
11 Add ½ to ¾ cup of Cheese and melt it.
12 Serve
