Easy Egg Salad

NO MAYONNAISE

INGREDIENTS

8 Large Eggs
8 Tbsp Sour Cream Or Greek Yogurt
1 – 2 Tsp Yellow Mustard
Kosher Or Sea Salt And Freshly Ground Pepper To Taste

METHOD

1 Cook Eggs as Per this page HERE
2 Peel the eggs.
3 Chop the eggs and transfer to a large mixing bowl.
4 Add Sour Cream, Salt, and Pepper.
5 Mix well, taste, and add additional Mustard if desired.
6 Season to taste with additional salt and or pepper, if you’d like.

NOTE
You can also add a Tsp or 2 of a herb IE: Chives.
