
INGREDIENTS
8 Large Eggs
6 To 8 Tbsp Mayonnaise or Salad Cream
1 To 2 Tsp Yellow Mustard
1 To 2 Tsp Sweet Pickle Relish
Kosher Or Sea Salt And Freshly Ground Pepper To Taste
METHOD
1 Cook Eggs as Per this page HERE
2 Peel the eggs.
3 Chop the eggs and transfer to a large mixing bowl.
4 Add 6 Tbsp of Mayonnaise, 1 Tsp of Mustard, 1 Tsp of Relish, Salt, and Pepper.
5 Mix well, taste, and add additional Mustard if desired.
6 Season to taste with additional salt and/or pepper, if you’d like.
NOTE
You can also add a Tsp or 2 of a herb IE: Chives.
