
INGREDIENTS
500g of White Fish Fillets (Basa or any cheap White Fish)
2 1/2 Cups of Fresh Breadcrumbs (about 5 Slices Bread)
3 Spring Onions (chopped)
1 Egg
1 Tablespoon of Fresh Dill
Salt and Pepper
Olive Oil
THIS RECIPE USES BREAD CRUMBS NOT POTATO.
METHOD
Make bread crumbs from fresh or day old bread in food processor.
Add the rest of the Ingredients and combine in food processor.
Form into Fish Cakes and Refrigerate for 30 Minutes.
Remove and cook (Shallow Fry) for about 10 – 12 minutes on medium heat.
Preparation Time: About 10 minutes
Chilling Time: About 30 minutes
Cooking Time: About 12 minutes
