Fish Shish Kebab I

INGREDIENTS

1 Kg Firm Fish
Ginger Root
2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Cloves Garlic
Juice Of 1/2 Lemon

METHOD

1 Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
2 Add the Fish and combine well with marinade.
3 Marinate in refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes.
4 Place fish on skewers.
5 Cook the skewers over coals or in a pan with oil.
6 Serve with lemon wedges.
