
INGREDIENTS
250 Gr Butter (Softened)
2 lg Garlic Cloves
OR
2 – 3 Tsp Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp Minced Fresh Parsley
1 Tbsp Finely Sliced Fresh Chives
METHOD
You can use Unsalted butter and add salt to your taste.
Mince the garlic with either a Knife or on a Fine Grater or Garlic Crusher and transfer to a bowl
Add all other ingredients into the bowl, and mix until combined.
There are many uses for Garlic Butter. Put a slice on Steak or Mushrooms and so on.
