Grilled Shark

INGREDIENTS

500 gr Shark
125 gr Butter
1 Tsp Basil
1 Tsp Parsley
1 Tsp Lemon Pepper
3 Garlic Cloves

METHOD
1 Melt butter in a small bowl
2 Crush garlic
3 Add basil, parsley, lemon pepper and crushed garlic to melted butter.
4 Dry off shark and bast shark with melted butter mixture.
5 Put in fridge for half an hour.
6 Remelt left over butter again and bast shark again.
7 put on grill or BBQ {BBQ on low} Basted side down.
8 Keep basting while shark is cooking.
9 Turn shark and bast again until shark is cooked.
