
3 Slices of Virginian Ham
Grated Cheese
1 Tomato
1 sheet of Puff Pastry
1 Place slices of ham on the pastry.
2 Place Grated Cheese on pastry.
3 Place Tomato on top of Cheese
You can also put your favorite sauce on the pastry before adding other ingredients.
After slicing the tomato cut it in half to make it easier to roll the Pastry.
Preheat oven to 180C.
Roll each pastry sheet up tight to form a log shape, and cut into pinwheel slices.
Cut into 1.5cm – 2cm rings. (or finger width)
Place pinwheels on a baking tray. Bake until the pastry becomes puffy and the cheese has melted.
