
INGREDIENTS
6 Hotdog Sausage
12 Chunks Mozzarella Cheese
240g All Purpose flour
1/4Tsp Salt
45g Sugar
1 Egg
240 ml Milk
200g Bread crumbs
Cooking oil
Medium heat 3 minutes
Ketchup
Mustard
METHOD
1 Chop the Hotdogs in half.
2 Pierce the Hot Dog with a wooden scewer.
3 Cut chunks of Mozzerella to the same size as the Hotdogs.
4 Pierce the cheese with the hotdog on to the wooden scewer.
5 Add the Flour, Salt, Egg and Milk to a bowl and mix well.
6 Pour batter in to a tall cup or container.
7 Add Bread Crumbs to a bowwl.
8 Take the prepared sausage and dunk it in the batter.
9 Then put the sausage in the breadcrumbs to coat with the crumbs. Coat well.
10 If there is not enough crumbs the cheese will ooze out.
11 Cook in oil on medium heat for 3 minutes.
12 The cheese will ooze out if the oil is not hot enough.
13 Serve with sauce and mustard over the top.
