Lamb’s Fry & Bacon

INGREDIENTS

450 grams lambs fry (liver)
10 grams lean bacon
30 grams butter
40 grams flour

METHOD

1 Slice Lambs Fry thinly.
2 Drench Lambs Fry in flour and shake of excess.
3 Melt butter in medium to high heat in fry pan or hot plate.
4 Add Lambs Fry to pan.
5 When lambs Fry starts to weep on the top turn it over.
6 Drench bacon in flour and shake of excess.
7 Add bacon to pan.
8 Cook bacon for 1 to 2 minutes and turn over.
9 Cook bacon for a further 1 or 2 minutes.
10 Do NOT over cook Lambs Fry.
