
INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon canola oil
3 cups bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
METHOD
1 Combine all the ingredients in the bread machine in the order directed by the machine manufacturer. Select white bread or French bread setting with a light crust.
2 When the bake cycle is complete, remove the pan from the machine and let it cool on a rack for 5 minutes before removing the bread. Remove the bread and let it cool completely on a rack. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
