Pie Floater

INGREDIENTS

1 Pie (of Your Liking)
2 Ladles of Pea and Ham Soup

METHOD

1 Cook Pea and Ham Soup.
2 Heat the Pie.
3 Ladle the Soup into a bowl and place pie up-side down in the soup.
4 Ladle a little bit more soup over the pie.
5 Top with Tomato Sauce (Ketchup) a few drops of white Vinegar and some Worcestershire Sauce and some Mint Sauce.

NOTES

Pea and Ham Soup made from Split Peas and Smoked Ham hocks.
You can make your own pies.
Leave the pie up the normal way if you like the crispy top pastry and do not cover it with soup.
