
This is a cold dish:
INGREDIENTS
4 1 cm slices of Polony knob {Fritz}
1 270g Tin Edgell Buttered Mushrooms
Cracked Black Pepper
METHOD
1 Put Polony and mushrooms in fridge over night or put in freezer for one hour to chill the mushrooms and polony if you just bought them.
2 Cut 4 1 cm slices of polony and arrange on plate.
3 Open cold mushrooms and spoon over the polony.
4 Top with cracked black pepper.
5 Enjoy.
