
INGREDIENTS
3 Tbsp Butter
3 Tbsp Flour
2 Cups Milk
2 Tbsp Garlic Powder (Heaped spoon if you like garlic)
1/4 Tsp freshly ground black pepper
METHOD
1 Make a rue from the butter, flour and garlic.
2 Add half the milk and continually stir.
3 Add the last half of the milk stir until sauce is thickened to your liking. Use a whisk to stir it all.
