Pork Skin
Olive Oil or Vegetable Oil
Coarse Sea Salt
METHOD
1 Preheat oven to 220℃
2 Cut pork skin in 1cm strips but NOT all the way Through.
3 Place pork skin on baking tray with cake cooler on the tray.
4 Sprinkle olive oil or vegetable oil and spread the oil evenly.
5 Sprinkle on the sea salt.
6 Put in oven and bake until golden.
