Smokey Dry Rub II

1/4 Cup Smoked Paprika
3 Tbsp Black Pepper
3 Tbsp Coarse Salt
2 Tsp Garlic Powder
2 Tsp Onion Powder
2 Tsp Celery Seeds
1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1-2 Tbsp Olive Oil to form Paste

You do not have to make a paste but it makes it easier for the rub to stick to your meat instead of putting Olive oil on the meat first so the rub sticks.
